At Oldboy’s Flowers, we’re a working nursery — not a showroom.

We grow, handle, pack and ship real plants, and we’re looking for people who enjoy being outdoors, getting their hands dirty, and being part of a small, hands-on team.

We are currently seeking:

Nursery Hand

What you’ll be doing:

• Watering, pruning and maintaining nursery stock
• Potting and repotting plants
• Soil preparation and general nursery upkeep
• Monitoring plant health and flagging issues early
• Assisting with order preparation during busy periods
• Supporting general day-to-day nursery operations

This is a physical, outdoor role and involves working in varying weather conditions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in horticulture OR a genuine interest in learning
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Comfort with hands-on, physical work
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous nursery or garden experience is an advantage but not essential.
